Growing up we all ate and loved cheese and crackers. The only problem with them was that they were made with fatty cheese and crackers that were made with white flour.
Below, I have a Cheese and Cracker formula that is healthier than the one Mom used to make and still tasty. It's also relatively inexpensive.
Crackers & Biscuits Baby Food
Recipe:
Ingredients:
---4 Kashi Tlc Stone-Ground 7 Grain Party Crackers
---2 slices of 2% Fat American Cheese
Instructions:
1. Cut each cheese slice into 4 square mini-slices
2. Place two mini-slices of cheese on each cracker

---Carbohydrate grams: 21 grams

---"Bad" Fat grams: 0.5 grams
Commentary:
I know you are probably thinking that you do not have the culinary skills to prepare this meal. However, I believe you can do it. This cheese and cracker formula is cheap and salutary and is made with:
1. Kashi Tlc Stone-ground 7 Grain Party Crackers - the "stone ground" part is very important. It ensures you are getting all of the condition benefits associated with whole grains. These crackers would be good if they were made with 100% stone-ground grains, but at least they are made with salutary extra-virgin olive oil.
2. 2% fat cheese - You can use any low fast cheese for this recipe. I just happen to like American cheese. Low fat cheese is high in protein and calcium. Both can improve your condition and help you lose weight
